  • 8 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 oz. pkg. orange sugar-free Jell-O (can use strawberry or cherry flavored)
  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip
  • 15 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple (in own juice), drained
  • 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions

    Spoon cottage cheese into mixing bowl.

    Sprinkle dry Jell-O over and mix.

    Add Cool Whip.

    Fold into cottage cheese.

    Add drained fruits.
