  • 1/3 cup white vinager
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 2 Serrano or habbanyero peppers, diced
  • 3 squeezed oranges, rine and pulp, quartered
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/2 diced tomato
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 1 small onion diced

Directions

    Add all ingredients to blender, blend on chop for one minute.

    Remove to airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
