  • 1 lb. orange slices (candy), chopped fine
  • 8 oz. dates, chopped fine
  • 2 c. nuts (pecans), broken
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. coconut

Directions

    Cream together margarine and sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.

    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well. Pour into a well-greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 2 to 2 1/2 hours or until done.
