- 5 c. pecan halves
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
Directions

1Heat oven to 275°.

2Spread pecans on ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.

3Bake at 275° for 10 minutes.

4In large saucepan combine sugar, orange juice, cinnamon, salt and cloves.

5Bring to a boil; boil 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Remove from heat; stir in warm pecans.

7Using slotted spoon, remove pecans to foil or waxed paper.

8Separate with fork; let dry.

9Store in airtight container in cool dry place.

10Makes 6 cups.
