Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. light corn syrup
- 1 6 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate, undiluted
- pinch salt
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine first four ingredients.

2Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

3Bring to a rapid boil and cook until candy thermometer reads 245°.

4Add cream and butter.

5Stir until mixture reaches 245° again.

6Pour into a greased pan and cool.

7When cool enough to handle, roll into 1 1/2 inch logs or 1 inch balls.

8Wrap individually in foil.

9Twist ends.
