Orange Tapioca Pudding Salad

  • 2 boxes vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 large box orange jello
  • 3 c. liquid (1 1/2 c. water and 1 1/2 c. fruit juices; use orange juice or juice from the mandarin oranges)
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

Directions

    Boil water, orange jello and tapioca pudding for 3 minutes on stove.

    Remove from heat and let cool some.

    Let set in refrigerator until it starts to gel.

    Use mixer and add softened Cool Whip.

    Then add drained oranges.

    Use fruit juice from oranges and add water to make 3 cups.

    Return to refrigerator and let set.

    Kids like this salad.

    Put into mold if desired.
