Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raw sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine dry ingredients.

3Add the butter, orange zest, milk, egg, and yogurt and mix until just combined.

4Fold in nuts. The batter should be a bit dry, but if it is too dry add a splash of milk.

5Turn out onto a lightly greased board and knead for 1 minute.

6Roll dout to 3/4 inch thick and cut in wedges.

7Sprinkle with raw sugar and place on a baking sheet.

8Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
