Orb-Bits

Ingredients

• OR-BITS
• 1 Lb. ground natural turkey
• 3 natural chicken sausages; sweet or hot
• 1/2 cup italian bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup catsup
• 1 organic egg, beaten
• Dipping Sauce:
• 4 chipolte peppers in adobo sauce (remove most of the seeds unless you want it to be really hot); Be sure to use remaining sauce from clean cutting board and 1t of sauce from can
• 1/2 cup Cain's mayonaise or Nayonaise
• 1 cup finely chopped fresh mango (optional if you just want a hot flavor rather than hot and sweet)
• 1 T finely chopped parsley, optional or pinch dried oregano
