- 2 tablespoons margarine or 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
Directions

1Wash and peel carrots.

2Slice carrots 1/4 inch thick.

3Make one layer of carrots, butter and oregano.

4Repeat.

5Add two Tablespoons of water.

6Cook for one hour at 350 degrees.
