- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 cups Crumbled Oreo Cookies
- FOR THE VANILLA GLAZE:
- 1/3 cups Butter
- 2 cups Powdered Sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Water
