Oreo Cake

   Crush 1 bag Oreos.

   Mix 1 stick butter with 1/2 of Oreos; spread in pan.

   Fix 2 boxes of pudding according to directions on box.

   Pour over Oreos.

   Mix 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese; spread over 2nd layer.

   Mix remaining Oreos with 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip, spread over 3rd layer; chill.
