  • 2 eggs separated
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 ounces milk
  • 1 cup cake flour sieved
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 7/8 cups Oreo cookies roughly chopped

  • 1 1/8 cups white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter softened

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

    In a bowl, cream the butter with a wooden spoon and add the egg yolks, and mix well.

    Add the sugar, cocoa powder, milk, flour, baking powder, and cookies.

    Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and gently fold into the mixture.

    Grease and flour a 22-centimeter round cake pan. Add the batter to the pan.

    Level the surface with a spoon. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
