- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Oreo cookies
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 (12 oz.) jars chocolate fudge topping (not hot fudge topping)
- 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
- 1/2 gal. ice cream (any flavor), softened
Directions

1Crush Oreo cookies; set 1/2 cup crumbs aside.

2Mix melted butter with rest of crumbs and press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Spread softened ice cream over cookie crumbs; freeze.

4When ice cream is frozen, spread chocolate fudge on top and then Cool Whip.

5Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cookie crumbs over Cool Whip. Freeze until serving.
