Name: Oreo Cookie Freeze
Ingredients: 28 Oreo cookies; 1/4 c. margarine, melted; 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream; 1 c. sugar; 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk; 1 tsp. vanilla; 4 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate; 6 Tbsp. margarine; 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip; 1 c. chopped pecans

28 Oreo cookies
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 gallon coffee ice cream
1 c. sugar
1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate
6 Tbsp. margarine
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

Crush Oreos and mix with margarine.

Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.

Soften ice cream and spread on top of crust. Re-freeze.

Mix sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, chocolate and margarine.

Boil 1 minute.

Cool.

Pour over ice cream and re-freeze.

Mix Cool Whip with nuts and spread over chocolate. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
