- 28 Oreo cookies
- 1/4 c. margarine, melted
- 1/2 gallon coffee ice cream
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (5 1/2 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 (1 oz.) squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Directions

1Crush Oreos and mix with margarine.

2Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.

3Soften ice cream and spread on top of crust. Re-freeze.

4Mix sugar, evaporated milk, vanilla, chocolate and margarine.

5Boil 1 minute.

6Cool.

7Pour over ice cream and re-freeze.

8Mix Cool Whip with nuts and spread over chocolate. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
