  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 large pkg. instant pudding (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 2 1/2 c. milk

    Mix Oreo crumbs and butter.

    Spread in 9 x 13-inch pan, reserving 1/2 cup for top.

    Combine cream cheese and Cool Whip. Spread over crumbs.

    Mix milk and pudding.

    Spread over mixture. Spread with remaining Cool Whip.

    Top with remaining crumbs.
