  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 34 cup sugar
  • 34 cup Oreo cookies, crushed (without white filling)
  • 34 cup pecans, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Beat egg whites with pinch of salt to a soft peak.

    Gradually add sugar until stiff.

    Fold in cookies, pecans and vanilla.

    Spread into greased pie pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, cool in refrigerator.

    Spread Cool Whip over top and add a few cookie crumbs.
