Ingredients: 1 pkg. oreo cookies; 1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1/2 box confection sugar; 2 small boxes chocolate pudding, instant; 3 c. milk; 1 stick butter; 1 large bowl Cool Whip

1 pkg. oreo cookies
1 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 box confection sugar
2 small boxes chocolate pudding, instant
3 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 large bowl Cool Whip

Directions

Crush 2/3 cookies and place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Melt butter and pour over crumbs, pat down.

Mix cream cheese and sugar and cover over top of cookies.

Cover with 1/2 bowl of Cool Whip. Mix 2 boxes of pudding with 3 c. milk, layer over Cool Whip. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding.

Sprinkle with remaining crushed cookies.

Refrigerate 2 - 3 hours.
