  • 1 leftover sausage cake, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. water
  • dash of natural seasoning or onion powder
  • oil or butter

Directions

    Mix egg with sausage meat, water and seasoning.

    Pour into skillet with small amount of oil or butter.

    Over medium or hot heat, cook as an omelet.

    Turn once until edges are brown.
