Directions

   Put 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan.

   Cream together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.

   Mix together milk and pudding.

   Let thicken.

   Mix together pudding and cheese mixture and Cool Whip.

   Pour over crumbs.

   Top with remaining crumbs.

   Let chill several hours.
