Oreo Mousse

  • 100g dark chocolate buttons
  • 100g OREO* Original Cookies , crushed
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 20g butter, melted
  • 250ml cream

Directions

    Melt the chocolate buttons, cool slightly.

    Mix with biscuit crumbs, egg yolks and butter.
  3. 3
    Whip the cream until thickened, then gently fold through the chocolate mixture.

    Beat the whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold through the Oreo* mixture.
  5. 5
    Chill to set, and serve.
