   Crush cookies and mix with melted butter.

   Save 1/2 cup of this for topping and press the rest into bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Cream together 6 ounces Cool Whip and cream cheese, then spread over cookie crumbs.

   Mix milk with instant pudding and spread over creamed mixture.

   Take remaining Cool Whip and spread over pudding.

   Sprinkle 1/2 cup cookie crumbs.
