- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
Directions

1Crush cookies; put aside.

2Mix sugar, margarine, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
