Oreos 'N Cream

Directions

   Crumble half of the Oreos onto bottom of 2-quart dish.

   Mix pudding with milk as directed, then add cream cheese, confectioners sugar and Cool Whip.

   Mix well, then pour mixture onto crumbled Oreos in dish.

   Crumble remaining Oreos on top. Chill.

   Delicious!
