- 6 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can cream corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1/2 lb. bacon, diced
- 1 medium onion, optional
- salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Place potatoes in large pot covered with water.

2Boil until tender and add corn.

3In large skillet, fry bacon until done. Place on paper towel to drain.

4Saute onion in drippings until tender.

5Remove from heat; add flour, stir over medium heat until bubbly.

6Remove from heat, add milk, heat to boiling for one minute.

7Add to potatoes in pot.

8Cook until all heated thoroughly.

9Serve in bowl and sprinkle with bacon.
