- 1/4 c. light teriyaki sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Argo or Kingsford's cornstarch
- Mazola nonstick cooking spray
- 3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables (such as broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts), thawed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1In a small bowl, stir first 3 ingredients until smooth.

2Set aside. Generously spray a large skillet with cooking spray.

3Heat over medium heat.

4Add shrimp, veggies and garlic.

5Stirring constantly, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet.
