- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 12 teaspoons reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon sesame oil
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger or 12 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 1 dash pepper
- 1 lb fresh asparagus, cut into 2 ",pieces
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions

1In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.

2In a nonstick skillet, saute the asparagus in oil until tender, about 7 minutes.

3Add orange juice mixture and tomatoes.
