- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
- 2 lb. beef, diced
- 2 cans chow mein vegetables
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Braise diced beef.

2Saute vegetables in a little oil; mix beef and vegetables together.

3Add the chow mein vegetables and soy sauce.

4Simmer until tender, at least an hour.

5Thicken with cornstarch.

6Serve over hot rice.

7This can be made ahead of time and frozen until time to use.
