  • 1 can (14 1/2 Oz. Size) Garbanzo Beans
  • 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
  • 3 cups Spinach
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/4 cups Water

Directions

    Combine all of the ingredients in a high speed blender or food processor.

    Blend until smooth.

    If the hummus is too thick, slowly add in a little more water until desired consistency is reached.

    Serve immediately or store in the fridge for no more than a week.
