  • 1-1/2 gal. carrots, shredded
  • 1 qt. green onions, sliced
  • 1 cup sesame seed, toasted
  • 2-2/3 cups KRAFT Honey Dijon Dressing
  • 2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. ground ginger

Directions

    Mix carrots, onions and sesame seed in large bowl.

    Combine dressing, peanut butter, soy sauce, water and ginger in separate bowl.

    Pour over vegetable mixture; toss to coat.

    Serve immediately.

    Or, cover and refrigerate until chilled.
