- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 c. green beans (1 pkg. frozen French-style)
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 c. carrots, cut diagonally
- 1 1/2 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. sherry
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Cut chicken in strips.

2Put oil in skillet.

3Add beans and ginger.

4Cook three minutes.

5Add chicken and carrots.

6Cook 10 minutes.

7Add mushrooms.

8Add soup with 1/4 cup water, sherry and soy sauce.

9Makes 4 1/2 cups.

10Serve over rice.
