  • 2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
  • garlic salt to taste
  • cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • cooking oil
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent salt
  • 1/2 c. rice vinegar
