  • 3 (6 oz.) boneless, skinless, whole chicken breasts
  • 3/4 c. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. soybean oil
  • 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced in oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. water

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces; rinse and pat dry.

    Combine hoisin sauce, soybean oil, sherry, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic and ginger root in a bowl and mix well.

    Add chicken, tossing to coat.
