- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. crackers
- 1/2 stick margarine
Directions

1Cook cabbage until tender in salt water.

2Drain and set aside. Mix in a skillet and heat the cheese, soup, 1/2 cup margarine or butter, milk and mayonnaise.

3Put this with cabbage; stir, then put in a casserole dish.

4Crush crackers; melt 1/2 stick margarine and mix together, then put on top of casserole.

5Sprinkle top with grated cheese.

6Bake in 375° oven until hot and bubbly.
