  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, cut in strips
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 medium green or red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

Directions

    In skillet, heat oil and cook chicken until brown.

    Add onion and pepper and cook until tender.

    Stir in soup, water and soy sauce.

    Heat to boiling.

    Reduce to low heat.

    Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

    Serve over rice.
