- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken, cooked without salt or fat
- 1 c. alfalfa sprouts
- 1/2 c. chopped water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dark sesame oil
- 2 (6-inch) whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half crosswise
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions

1Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.

2Combine vinegar, soy sauce and sesame oil.

3Pour over chicken mixture and toss gently.

4Line pita halves with lettuce.

5Spoon 1 cup chicken mixture into each pita half.
