- 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. cherry cooking wine
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 broccoli slaw mix
- 2 carrots, grated
- pinch of sesame seed
- pinch of ground ginger
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions

1Cut chicken breasts into strips.

2Marinate chicken strips in soy sauce, cherry wine and cornstarch for 20 minutes.

3Saute chicken in cooking oil until brown.

4Add onion, garlic and bell pepper with carrots.

5Cook until vegetables turn a bright color. Add broccoli slaw mix, sesame seed and ginger.

6Serve with white rice.
