Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground meat
- 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. fat or oil
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. pineapple chunk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 large tomato
- 1 medium green pepper
Directions

1Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, onions, dry mustard, salt, pepper, egg and milk.

2Shape into meat balls.

3Brown meat balls in fat.

4Pour off dripping.

5Drain pineapple, reserve 1/2 cup juice.

6Mix together sugar, ginger, salt and cornstarch; add 1/2 cup pineapple juice, vinegar and soy sauce.

7Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened; add to brown meat balls.

8Cook about 5 minutes, add tomato wedges, green pepper strips and pineapple chunks.

9Cook until heated.

10Serves 6.
