- 8 to 10 c. cooked rice (regular or instant)
- 4 pork chops, chopped into bite size pieces
- 4 to 6 green onions, chopped
- 1 to 2 shredded carrots
- 8 oz. frozen green beans
- 4 to 6 Tbsp. bacon grease
- 6 to 10 eggs
Directions

1Cook pork bits in 2 tablespoons bacon grease until well done. Add to cooked rice.

2While pork is cooking, saute green onions, green beans and carrots in 2 to 3 tablespoons of bacon grease for 8 to 12 minutes.

7in 1 to 2 tablespoons bacon grease, then add to rice mixture
