  • 4 c. cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 c. green pepper
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce to taste
  • 1/2 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts

Directions

    Lightly brown 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice in dry skillet. Add 4 cups water; cover and simmer until done.

    Do not stir.

    Use 4 cups of rice.

    Mix all ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
