- 4 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. green pepper
- 2 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce to taste
- 1/2 c. pine nuts or slivered almonds
- 1 small jar pimentos
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts
Directions

1Lightly brown 1 1/2 cups uncooked brown rice in dry skillet. Add 4 cups water; cover and simmer until done.

2Do not stir.

3Use 4 cups of rice.

4Mix all ingredients.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
