- 2 sticks margarine
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms
- soy sauce
Directions

1Melt margarine in large skillet.

2Saute onions and mushrooms until tender, but not browned.

3Add a little soy sauce and black pepper to taste.

4Add cooked rice and toss to mix, adding additional soy sauce to taste.

5Serve hot.
