  • 2 (5 oz.) cans sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (4 oz.) can pimento, chopped
  • 1 large green bell pepper, sliced small
  • 1 large red onion, sliced thin
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
