  • 1/2 c. slivered almonds
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 pkg. Ramen soup (chicken flavor)
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • flavor pkg. from soup
