- 2 full round steaks, trim all fat and cube
- 1 can beef broth
- 2 c. broccoli
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 2 green onions
- 1 clove minced garlic
- soy sauce
Directions

1Cook meat in heavy pan and stir until browned.

2Add beef broth and cook about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

3Steam broccoli, celery and carrots until slightly crunchy.

4Dice green onions and add garlic. When meat is tender, add vegetables.

5Sprinkle with soy sauce. Serve with fried rice.
