  • 4 c. instant rice, cooked
  • 1 large carton sour cream
  • 1 can chopped Ortega chilies
  • 1 brick Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Directions

    Layer half of the rice, Ortega chilies, sour cream and cheese, then layer again with the other half.

    Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.
