Ingredients
- 1 cup risoni
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 13 cup salad oil
- 3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons dill (chopped) or 1 tablespoon dried dill
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper (I like to use freshly ground black pepper)
- 1 tomatoes (diced)
Directions

1Cook Risoni according to package directions.

2Drain and rinse with cold water.

3Add feta cheese, parsley and dill.

4In a container shake together the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

5Pour this over the salad and toss.

6Place in fridge to chill.

7Before serving toss again and decorate with the diced tomato on top.
