Outback's Caesar Salad Dressing!

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup egg substitute
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp anchovy paste
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp coarse ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes (crushed)
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in medium bowl.

2Use electric mixer and beat for 30 seconds.

3Cover bowl and chill for several hours.

4Keep in fridge for a few weeks.

5Makes about 2 cups.
