- 5 to 6 lb. boneless brisket
- onion salt
- garlic salt
- celery salt
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle the brisket with the onion, garlic and celery salt. Marinate overnight in liquid smoke.

2In the morning, sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper to taste and Worcestershire sauce.

3Bake in liquid smoke 5 hours in heavy foil at 275° or until meat is tender.

4Baste with barbecue sauce and bake a little longer.

5Let cool and slice.

6Reheat if necessary.
