- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen stew vegetables
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Place beef cubes in 3-quart casserole.

2Sprinkle onion soup mix over meat.

3Pour mushroom soup and water over meat and stir. Cover and bake 2 hours at 320°.

4Add vegetables and continue baking uncovered for 40 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add frozen peas during last 10 minutes of cooking.
