- 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can water
Directions

1Place all ingredients in roaster pan and cover.

2Bake in 350° oven for 2 hours or until tender.

3If desired, add carrots, potatoes or favorite vegetables in preferred amounts.

4Cover and bake another 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are done.

5Remove cover last 15 minutes to allow juices to thicken.
