  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 5 carrots, diced
  • 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes

Directions

    Toss beef with flour, salt and pepper. Mix in casserole dish with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add rest of the ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
