- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 carrots, diced
- 1 regular size can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Toss beef with flour, salt and pepper. Mix in casserole dish with oil. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 30 minutes. Stir once. Add rest of the ingredients and cover. Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
